TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD

Step 1: Download and complete the Enrollment Agreement & USDA Annual Application.

Step 2: Return both forms with your registration fee (call to ask our current fee).

Step 3: Complete the Special Needs Disclosure Form.

Step 4: Bring in child's birth certificate & immunization records.

Step 5: Bring completed Virginia School Entrance Health Form within in 3 weeks of first day of attendance.

Step 6: Download and Review the Family Handbook. Additionally, we ask for a seasonal change of clothing.

 

FOR INFANTS

• Bring 1 crib sheet & 2 blankets (please, no quilts or comforters).

• Label all bottles and personal items each day.

• Additional items might be required

FOR CHILDREN 16 MONTHS & UP

• Bring 2 blankets (please, no quilts or comforters).

• Please label all items with the child's name.

• Additional items might be required for toddlers.
